The Maples fee schedule

The Maples of Towson offers a wide range of options to fit the needs of each individual resident. Our goal is to provide seniors with the highest levels of comfort, convenience and security in a warm and homelike setting. Once residents select a suite style, the Maple's offers a variety of service plans to fit each resident's preferences and personal needs.

The Maples Living Rates*:

Companion Rates start at $3,120

Private Rates start at $4,425

* Rental rates start at the above prices and vary based on chosen accommodations. 

 

Personalized Service and Care Plans:

The Maples offers a full range of personalized assisted living services to provide residents with additional support in day-to-day activities which may include bathing, grooming, dressing, dining, ambulating and incontinence management. Personalized Service and Care Rates are based on the level of care the resident requires. Medication Management Only     +$400 per month

Maples Supportive Living     +$1,250 per month

Maples Enhanced Living     +$1,580 per month

Maples Total Living     +$2,035 per month

 

Other Costs :

These additional services and amenities are available but not included in our costs.

•  Long distance phone calls

•  Pharmaceutical prescriptions, medical and incontinence supplies

•  Personal transportation and staff assisted appointments out of the home

•  Visits and services of physicians, podiatrists, etc. within the Maples community

•  Physical, occupational and speech therapy (sometimes covered by Medicare)

•  Other personal expenses not included in The Maples of Towson Service and Care Plan
